Bioscript Solutions is a Canadian-based pharmacy that caters to chronic illnesses and rare diseases. The company engaged the Pivvot process to restructure their office given the impact of the pandemic. They aimed to balance the needs of employees with that of the organization while allowing for flexibility and preservation of their culture.
We carried out a thorough staff assessment to identify each worker’s persona based on factors like their role, preferred work style, commute time, and job demands. The assessment was focused on employees in their Moncton and Oakville offices.
After the Pivvot staff assessment process, 78% of employees were predicted to work out of the office in a hybrid fashion – only coming in as required. Most others will be working remotely or in the office full time. Of those that will work in the office, almost all staff – 99% – were willing to move to a non-assigned seating model. Most hybrid employees will also be using bookable meeting rooms.
With this data, Bioscript was able to predict staff needs for each department for strategic planning purposes using our Pivvot Dashboard tools and survey data.
